SchengenProtect acts as an insurance intermediary / distributor offering access to travel insurance products designed for individuals applying for Schengen visas or travelling to Europe.

SchengenProtect is not necessarily the insurer underwriting the insurance policy.

Insurance products available through the platform may be underwritten, administered, or supported by AXA Partners or affiliated insurance entities, subject to applicable policy documentation.


3. Eligibility

You may use this website only if:

  • you are at least 18 years old or legally capable under applicable law,
  • you have authority to purchase insurance for yourself or another person,

SchengenProtect may assist administratively, but claim decisions are made by the insurer or appointed claims administrator.

Claim approval is subject to:

  • exclusions,
  • evidence requirements,
  • fraud checks,
  • insurer assessment.

11. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation and refund rights depend on:

  • applicable law,
  • whether the policy has started,
  • whether travel has commenced,
  • whether a claim has occurred,
  • insurer rules.

Some policies may be non-refundable after issuance.
