- concluding and performing an insurance contract with the Controller’s Partner – AXA Partners (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR),
- transferring personal data to AXA Partners for the purpose of issuing an insurance policy and fulfilling the insurer’s obligations,
- complying with legal obligations imposed on the Controller, in particular regarding record keeping, accounting, and regulatory compliance (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR),
- statistical and analytical purposes, including improving the functionality of the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Consent to the processing of personal data for marketing purposes is voluntary and optional. Users may separately grant or refuse such consent when submitting an insurance application.

- up to a maximum of 10 years from the end date of the insurance service, for archival and evidentiary purposes.
